Nature of Engagement
This engagement is purely on a freelance basis and does not create an employer-employee relationship.
பணியின் தன்மை
இந்த இணைப்பு முழுமையாக சுயதொழில் (Freelance) அடிப்படையில் மட்டுமே வழங்கப்படுகிறது. இது நிரந்தர வேலைவாய்ப்பு அல்லது முதலாளி–பணியாளர் உறவை உருவாக்காது.

Purpose of Press Identity Card
The Press ID Card is issued only for authorized journalistic assignments, reporting, interviews, photography, videography, and media-related work.
பத்திரிகையாளர் அடையாள அட்டையின் நோக்கம்
இந்த அடையாள அட்டை செய்தி சேகரிப்பு, நேர்காணல், புகைப்படம், காணொளி பதிவு மற்றும் இதழின் அதிகாரப்பூர்வ ஊடகப் பணிகளுக்காக மட்டுமே வழங்கப்படுகிறது.

Ownership of ID Card
The Press ID Card remains the property of Irumbu Siraguhal News Magazine and shall be returned upon expiry, resignation, suspension, or termination.
அடையாள அட்டையின் உரிமை
அடையாள அட்டை இரும்பு சிறகுகள் செய்தி இதழின் சொத்தாகும். காலாவதியானால், ராஜினாமா செய்தால் அல்லது உறுப்பினர் நீக்கப்பட்டால் உடனடியாக ஒப்படைக்க வேண்டும்.

Validity
The ID Card is valid only up to the expiry date mentioned on the card and may be renewed subject to approval.

அடையாள அட்டையில் குறிப்பிடப்பட்ட காலம் வரை மட்டுமே செல்லுபடியாகும். புதுப்பித்தல் நிர்வாகத்தின் அனுமதிக்கு உட்பட்டது.

Editorial Ethics
The Journalist shall follow truthfulness, fairness, accuracy, impartiality, and the ethical guidelines of the Press Council of India.
ஆசிரியர் ஒழுக்கநெறிகள்
உண்மை, துல்லியம், நடுநிலைமை மற்றும் இந்திய பத்திரிகை கவுன்சிலின் ஒழுக்க விதிமுறைகளை கடைபிடிக்க வேண்டும்.

Professional Conduct
The Journalist shall behave professionally, respect public order, and comply with all applicable laws.
தொழில்முறை நடத்தை
பத்திரிகையாளர் ஒழுக்கமாகவும், சட்டத்திற்கு உட்பட்டும், பொதுமக்களின் மரியாதையைப் பேணியும் செயல்பட வேண்டும்.

Submission of Content
All reports, articles, photographs, and videos shall be submitted through official editorial channels.
செய்தி சமர்ப்பித்தல்
அனைத்து செய்திகளும், கட்டுரைகளும், புகைப்படங்களும் மற்றும் காணொளிகளும் இதழின் அதிகாரப்பூர்வ வழிமுறைகள் மூலமாகவே சமர்ப்பிக்கப்பட வேண்டும்.

Editorial Rights
The Magazine reserves the right to edit, modify, publish, postpone, or reject any submission without assigning any reason.

எந்த செய்தியையும் திருத்த, சுருக்க, வெளியிட, ஒத்திவைக்க அல்லது நிராகரிக்க இதழுக்கு முழு உரிமை உண்டு.

Accuracy of Information
The Journalist is solely responsible for verifying facts and ensuring authenticity of submitted material.
தகவல்களின் உண்மைத்தன்மை
சமர்ப்பிக்கப்படும் தகவல்கள், புகைப்படங்கள் மற்றும் காணொளிகளின் உண்மைத்தன்மையை உறுதி செய்வது பத்திரிகையாளரின் பொறுப்பாகும்.

Copyright
Published work shall become the intellectual property of the Magazine unless otherwise agreed in writing.
பதிப்புரிமை
வெளியிடப்பட்ட செய்தி மற்றும் படைப்புகளின் பதிப்புரிமை எழுத்துப்பூர்வ ஒப்பந்தம் இல்லாவிட்டால் இதழுக்கே உரியது.

Confidentiality
Internal editorial information, unpublished material, and confidential sources shall not be disclosed without authorization.

ஆசிரியர் குழு தகவல்கள், வெளியிடப்படாத செய்திகள் மற்றும் ரகசிய ஆதாரங்கள் அனுமதியின்றி வெளியிடப்படக்கூடாது.

Payment
Payments, if any, shall be made according to the assignment, publication, or separate agreement.
ஊதியம்
ஒவ்வொரு பணிக்கோ அல்லது வெளியிடப்பட்ட செய்திக்கோ தனிப்பட்ட ஒப்பந்தத்தின் அடிப்படையில் மட்டுமே தொகை வழங்கப்படும்.

Expenses
Travel and other expenses shall be reimbursed only if previously approved in writing.
செலவுகள்
பயண மற்றும் பிற செலவுகள் முன் அனுமதி பெற்றிருந்தால் மட்டுமே திருப்பிச் செலுத்தப்படும்.

Compliance with Law
The Journalist shall comply with all laws relating to defamation, privacy, copyright, cyber laws, and criminal law.
சட்டப் பின்பற்றல்
அவதூறு, தனியுரிமை, பதிப்புரிமை, இணைய சட்டங்கள் மற்றும் இந்திய சட்டங்களை முழுமையாகப் பின்பற்ற வேண்டும்.

Misuse of Press ID
The Press ID shall never be used for personal gain, political activity, business promotion, intimidation, or unlawful purposes.
அடையாள அட்டையின் தவறான பயன்பாடு
தனிப்பட்ட லாபம், அரசியல், வணிகம், மிரட்டல் அல்லது சட்டவிரோத செயல்களுக்கு அடையாள அட்டையை பயன்படுத்தக்கூடாது.

Social Media Conduct
Personal opinions expressed on social media shall not be presented as official views of the Magazine.
சமூக ஊடகப் பொறுப்பு
சமூக ஊடகங்களில் வெளியிடப்படும் தனிப்பட்ட கருத்துகள் இதழின் அதிகாரப்பூர்வ கருத்தாகக் கருதப்படக்கூடாது.

Suspension / Cancellation
The Magazine may suspend or cancel the Press ID without prior notice for any serious misconduct or violation of these Terms.
இடைநீக்கம் / ரத்து
விதிமுறைகளை மீறுதல் அல்லது ஒழுங்கீனச் செயல்களில் ஈடுபட்டால் முன் அறிவிப்பின்றி அடையாள அட்டை ரத்து செய்யப்படலாம்.

Return of Property
Upon termination, all identity cards, letters, equipment, and official materials shall be returned immediately.
சொத்துக்கள் ஒப்படைப்பு
பணிநிறைவு அல்லது நீக்கத்தின் போது அனைத்து அடையாள அட்டைகள், உபகரணங்கள் மற்றும் ஆவணங்கள் உடனடியாக ஒப்படைக்கப்பட வேண்டும்.

Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of India and disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts.
பொருந்தும் சட்டம்
இந்த விதிமுறைகள் இந்தியக் குடியரசின் சட்டங்களின்படி நிர்வகிக்கப்படும். அனைத்து வழக்குகளும் உரிய நீதிமன்றங்களின் அதிகார வரம்பிற்குள் இருக்கும்.

Declaration
I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
உறுதிமொழி
மேற்கண்ட அனைத்து விதிமுறைகளையும் படித்து, புரிந்து, முழுமையாக ஏற்றுக்கொண்டு அவற்றைப் பின்பற்ற ஒப்புக்கொள்கிறேன்.
